What is Social Change?

The Foundation for Social Change defines social change as:

  • Efforts that aim to transform society to think and act on behalf of solving social problems.
  • Not just doing ‘what is convenient or politically correct or good PR,’ but actually providing real solutions to everyday problems.
  • Driven by leaders and change agents to improve systems, invent and implement new approaches for sustainable solutions that create real value.
