Foundation for Social Change

The Foundation for Social Change is a non-profit social enterprise that works with corporations and NGOs around the world to create programs that define how doing good is good for business. We help ‘turn social responsibility into business opportunity.’

United Nations Office for Partnerships and the Foundation honor Leaders of Change – corporations who have demonstrated that environmental and social sustainability are key economic drivers to their business profitability.  The video to the right is a recap of the 2011 Global Conference for Social Change.

Our core social mission is educating and empowering women and girls in disadvantaged locations around the world. Areas rife with violence, poverty and bottom-of-the-pyramid populations. It’s called eLife – Economic Opportunity for Women & Girls – teaching life and business skills. Our most recent collaboration was with Shakira’s Fundacion Pies Descalzos in Barranquilla, Colombia.

Click the video below to see how eLife transforms the lives of girls all over the world.

It will change the way you look at the world. It will change you.
